Inspectors on or near the minimum of the scale.

(2) The request for an opportunity of

reconsideration of the option between the old and

new terms of service is based on the grounds that

the petitioners were required to exercise their option

before the new conditions were completely formulated.

The Governor is however satisfied that all material

changes were brought to the notice of the officers

concerned

considered at the time when they were required to

notify the option.

(3) The pension point is being met by the

legislative action which I have described above.
